The 250AFE features a 85 horsepower Perkins diesel engine, bottom feed safety bump bar, top feed reverse bar and Tomcat Reversing Autofeed Control (TRAC) system.

Double hydraulic in-feed rollers with hydraulic lift & crush function that takes care of side branches and infeed slippage.
The reliable 85Hp Perkins diesel engine supplies the most efficient power to fuel ratio of any 10″ chipper on the market.
The large infeed opening (270mm x 330mm) means a true 10 inch capacity and makes feeding irregular material easier and decreases the amount of cutting needed prior to feeding the chipper.
Our TRAC feed-sensing control system, helps increase operator productivity and reduces strain on vital engine parts, as engine rpm is monitored and feed rollers are controlled.
Kerb side controls provide additional operator safety when working on roads and suburban environments.
A bottom feed stop bar is strategically located to make it possible for the operator’s leg to strike the bar and shut off the feed mechanism either intentionally or automatically in an emergency situation.
Add-on components include rake holders, cone spike and toolbox.
An optional 2t hydraulic winch provides assistance with large limbs and trunks.
